Amiens SC have confirmed the signing of Cameroonian forward Christ Letono until June 2028. The northern French club were looking for attacking reinforcement after striker Alvin Doucet's injury.
Trained at Étoile Bleue de Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, Letono continued his development at Stade de Reims before a loan spell at Rouen in the National league, then a stint with Espanyol B in Spain's fourth division, where he scored 8 goals in 33 appearances.
The new contract marks a return to France for the young forward after a season in Spain's lower divisions. Amiens SC are counting on his physical presence and penalty-box instincts to bolster a weakened attack.
