The club entered the 2025-2026 season as reigning Cypriot champions. It retained the Cypriot Cup this year - its second title in that competition, at the expense of Apollon Limassol - but failed to hold on to its league title, finishing the season in 4th place.
Ngamaleu's arrival fits into a recruitment strategy built around international experience: the Cameroonian, who has played for several European clubs, brings the Cypriot squad experience gained notably with Cameroon's Indomitable Lions.
The club is also competing in the Champions League this 2025-2026 season, a European stage where Ngamaleu and his Cypriot teammates now hope to build on the momentum of this first collective trophy.
